A 9-month programme on a 14,000 m² footprint with a fixed tenant move-in date and no float for re-work.
Our approach
We engineered the frame for rapid erection, sequenced the envelope to chase the steel, and ran weekly look-ahead control to protect the critical path.

Handed over on programme with zero lost-time incidents across the build.
