The challenge
Carry out construction beside a running cleanroom with no permitted unplanned shutdown and strict contamination control.
Our approach
We worked under a permit-to-work regime with temporary containment, HEPA-filtered hoarding and meticulous housekeeping, sequencing noisy work into agreed windows.
The outcome
The fit-out completed with no unplanned shutdown and the adjacent cleanroom held its classification throughout.
