Engineer-procure-construct delivery of a high-bay distribution warehouse with office annex.
The challenge
A single-source EPC delivery on an island site where materials logistics and skilled-labour availability drove the programme.
Our approach
We front-loaded procurement and logistics, used a portal-frame system suited to local supply, and self-performed the structural and envelope scopes.
The outcome
The warehouse and annex were delivered complete with loading aprons, commissioned and handed over.
