Independent constructability and value-engineering review of a mixed-use scheme.

The challenge

An elegant design that does not reconcile with a buildable sequence becomes a stream of change orders once on site.

Our approach

We reviewed the design against a realistic construction sequence, surfaced clashes and access constraints early, and proposed value-engineering options that preserved design intent.

The outcome

The design team adopted the majority of recommendations, removing several high-risk sequence clashes before tender.
