The challenge
Bring down a structure on a constrained urban plot beside occupied neighbours, controlling dust, noise and vibration.
Our approach
A soft-strip followed by sequenced mechanical demolition with dust suppression and vibration monitoring, then segregation and recycling of arisings.
The outcome
The site was cleared and handed over level and certified for redevelopment, with the majority of material diverted from landfill.
