Reinforced-concrete superstructure for a 24-storey residential tower on a tight urban plot.
The challenge
Achieve a fast, repeatable floor cycle on a constrained site with limited crane reach and laydown.
Our approach
We used a self-climbing formwork system, a tower-crane logistics plan and just-in-time delivery to hold a tight floor-to-floor cycle.
The outcome
The superstructure topped out on programme with a consistent floor cycle and a clean safety record.
